Goloka Bolte and Ethan Petersen joined forces to create the Casting Firm, a full service casting agency specializing in Talent Development, Celebrity Booking, Host & Expert Casting, Game Show Contestants, Reality Participants, Game Show Audiences, Model Booking & more.
The Casting Firm represents the 20 years combined experience of its founders, utilizing a modern and fresh approach to finding the highest level of talent. Ethan and Goloka have built a solid reputation as hard working, dedicated, professional Supervising Casting Producers. Between the two of them they have cast over 80 projects and genuinely love what they do.
Ethan PetersenA Los Angeles native, Ethan Petersen is no stranger to the entertainment industry. At an early age he followed in his fathers footsteps in front of the camera, but he quickly discovered that his passion lied behind the scenes. Whether finding reality participants or booking celebrities like Lady Gaga and Fergie to guest star on his projects, Ethan is well rounded in all aspects of casting. Ethan has been fortunate enough to work with the top producers in the business. He has served as Supervising Casting Producer on such hit shows as Fox’s MasterChef, NBC’s Average Joe 2 through 4, Americas Most Talented Kid, Who Wants To Marry My Dad, CBS’s Let’s Make A Deal with Wayne Brady, Cartoon Network’s Hole In The Wall, Bravo’s The Rachel Zoe Project, Launch My Line, The Fashion Show, and Manhunt. Ethan has also worked directly for the Bravo Network’s development team as their Freelance Talent Director. |
Goloka BolteGoloka Bolte started out at the age of 19 as an entrepreneur, launching and running an international luxury travel company. Having traveled and lived around the world, Goloka has a sophistication and breadth of international experience rarely found behind the scenes of TV production and brings a unique perspective to the business of casting. Goloka got her start casting Joe Millionaire 2 in 2003, and has been rising to the top ever since. She has broad experience over the different genres, having cast hit shows such as FOX’s MasterChef, multiple BRAVO series including The Rachel Zoe Project, Millionaire Matchmaker 2 & 3, Shear Genius, as well as VH1′s Tough Love and ABC’s Wife Swap, to name a few. As a savvy businesswoman, casting director, and producer, Goloka’s work ethic, versatility, dedication, and eye for talent are unmistakable. |
